Free standing dining table with fixed dinette style upholstered seating and two matching stools. The kitchen has an inset stainless steel sink with mixer taps, full size gas oven with separate grill and four burner hob. Under counter fridge (not shown in photo), and space for a microwave. The large master bedroom has a double bed with space for storage under, bedside shelves and over bed lockers and open shelves. Large triple wardrobe with full width hanging rail and four drawers. Wall mirror and small shelf below. En suite has a WC and basin mounted on a vanity unit with mirror above. The good size second bedroom has moveable twin beds, corner shelves above, double wardrobe with two drawers and a wall mirror. The spacious family shower room has a large shower cubicle, WC and basin set on a vanity unit. Mirror above. Separate narrow cupboard with open shelves. Cupboard housing the Worcester 24i LPG boiler. We run a series of owner activity weekends such as race & quiz nights, treasure hunts, ten pin bowling, archery and themed food evenings.
The site enjoys 24 hour security, with barrier access after dark.

 Owners and card holders receive 10% discount in the bars & restaurants on Searles and at the Heacham Manor Hotel.

 Card holders also benefit from 10% discount on tickets at the Princess Theatre in Hunstanton.

 Wireless internet is available and is discounted if owners subscribe. (Free in the Piazza and Country Club).
