We have owned this caravan for 6 years and always had it professionally maintained. It had £2,000 of skirting fitted in 2011.
It's roomy, bright, well laid out and in very good condition.
It's located on a large plot which benefits from the sun all day, it has a patio, small BBQ area, storage shed out of site at the rear, mains gas, central heating, double glazing, free view tv.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double, two twin rooms and a fold out bed settee in the lounge.
The kitchen has a Gas hob and oven, built in fridge, microwave, single sink and dainer
Theres a dining area with booth seating and separate stools
Lots of seating in the lounge, storage space, cupboards
There's a separate shower room, large shower cubicle, sink, vanity unit, mirrored cupboard, extractor fan. Separate toilet with sink and extractor fan.
Ocean Heights is a small static only site, with around 70 caravans on it, it's immaculately kept and maintained. It's definitely a quiet site, very friendly, with a play area and play field away from the caravans. It's dog friendly for well behaved dogs on leads.
One of the features of this site is that it has FREE boat storage on site in a designated area.
There's also free WIFI, a laundrette and managers living in a cottage at the site entrance so it's very secure.
